First Course - To Share

Guacamole Ensalada - Fresh ripe avocados blended with a hint of garlic and lime nestled on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar
Chile con Queso - A tasty blend of melted cheese with our own pico de gallo.  Just right for dipping!  Like it fiery?  Just ask for Queso Atomica

Second Course

Fajita Combo - Marinated steak, chicken and shrimp grilled with veggies and served with all of the fixings
Camarones Diabla - Large Gulf Shrimp sauteed with our chile de arbol sauce, served with Spanish rice, black beans and roasted vegetables
Enchiladas Espinaca - Blue corn tortillas stuffed with fresh spinach, sauteed yellow squash, red onion and cheeses.  Baked with our own tomatillo sauce.  Our delicately spiced Spanish rice and black beans add the finishing touch

Third Course - To Share

Flan - Classic Mexican custard made 'in-house' Rio style
Sopapilla - Fresh tortilla dough fried light and fluffy sprinkled with  cinnamon and sugar, served with honey and sweet agave
