DiningOut Magazine was founded in 1998 by Pearl Publishing Media Group as a regional menu guide for Boulder and Denver. Since that time, DiningOut has grown into the leading regional culinary publication in 13 cities across the US and Canada with a national circulation of nearly 3/4 million per issue. PPMG's national headquarters is located at Johnson & Wales University's Denver campus. Co-founder Josh Dinar has lived in Boulder and worked as the Publisher of DiningOut and as a freelance food writer for the last 10 years.
